Percy was adopted by Joseph and Susan Adams as a baby from New York City, growing up with them in a city just outside of Boston on an incredible estate. They both worked in politics, his father the mayor, and his mother his advocate campaign manager. His adoptive parents wanted the best for him, though they were...cold with the way they cared. They wanted him to succeed and believed hugs and kisses were not the answer. He grew up with them constantly buying his love. He has anything he could ever ask for, except what he really wants. Real love. Acting out means he can at least get a little attention from his parents. Bad attention was better than no attention at all.
